It has come to our attention that some veteran players with extensive inventories may experience difficulties loading into the game. These players may encounter a never-ending loading screen stuck on the hourglass, even after attempting basic troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache.
We want to reassure you that your items have not been deleted or removed. This issue occurs because of limitations on how many items can be visible in the inventory at once.
How to Access Your Items
To view and access items stored beyond the visible slots in your inventory:

Make Room in Your Inventory:

Remove some items that are currently displayed in your garden to create space for others to appear.

Check the 'All' Tab:

Some items do not appear under specific category tabs in your inventory.

To locate these items, switch to the ‘All’ tab in your inventory.

Example: The Medieval Tower is only visible under the ‘All’ tab.
