For some time now I have been unable to request energy from friends as when I do so the list is clear showing no neighbors,I sent an email but heard nothing.

Now, in the time lab I am unable to progress from time tokens even though I have mastered it it says I need to master the previous handbook page OR spend gold to unlock.

Is, this a sign of things to come and should I cancel my membership?
