Collections & Silver

According to the FAQ's, the items received in Collections is stored in Inventory. None of mine are. Where do I find them? I need them to put back onto my garden to complete goals. They are not in inventory, so where do I find them?

Also, I am on Level 690. I noticed recently that when I play I am not receiving any Silver. It stays at the same level even if I refresh. Is there a stop limit at Level 690?
